dipped in a cocoa cream that remains soft even at a negative temperature.
The mix between the creaminess of the gelato, the crunchiness of the cereals and the softness of the cocoa cream give an irresistible gelato with a unique taste of LION.
Preparation: use 80-100 g of Pasta Lion per kg of white base.
At the exit from the batch freezer variegate with 120-150 g of Variegato Lion.
