Complete dry mix for Bitter chocolate gelato enriched with chips of PERUGINA DARK CHOCOLATE with 75% cocoa.
Excellent creaminess, spatulability and endurance inside the display cabine.
Preparation: mix the contents of an envelope of Dark Black Perugina gelato with
1.8 liters of hot water; let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes then put inside the batch freezer.
