The best hazelnut paste of Perugina, contains and enhances the taste, fragrance, aroma and sweetness of PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts. For a hazelnut gelato with a light and natural color and a delicate taste. Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of white base. Warning: the hazelnut contains more than 60% of fats; it is therefore natural that in the dough the fat part tends to separate from the fiber. A separate hazelnut paste is synonymous with the genuineness and quality of the raw material used.
