Only pistachios from the best areas of origin, for a truly unparalleled Pistachio gelato. It is a pure paste (100% Sicilian Pistachios), devoid of dyes, characterized by a strong taste and a full flavor obtained exclusively thanks to a particular roasting process of the pistachio. Dosage: 100 g per kg of white base.
Warning: the pistachio contains more than 60% of fats; it is therefore natural that in the dough the fat part tends to separate from the fiber. A separate pistachio paste is synonymous with the genuineness and quality of the raw material used.
